These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SimpleAMS platform, website and services (the "Service") operated by Simple Works LTD ("we", "us", "our"), available at https://simpleams.co.uk.
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SimpleAMS is a multi-tenant IT asset management application: inventory, checkout to employees, licenses, maintenance and related reporting. Each customer workspace ("Workspace") is isolated in its own database.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind your organisation. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions, trials & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials convert to the selected plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you put into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other customers.
6. Availability & support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and factors outside our control may cause downtime.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, excluding Customer Data, is owned by Simple Works LTD and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or software except the right to use the Service.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. On termination your access ends and Customer Data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. You may export your data before termination.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Works LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law. The courts of the city of Sofia, Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable EU consumer law.
